Kassandra is a certified Naturopath, Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Instructor (CYT-RYT 200Hr) and Entrepreneur who has had a strong love, passion and respect for Holistic Wellness for over a decade. She has over 7 years of personal research and professional experience in the Natural Health field.
Her ultimate mission is to promote health empowerment particularly within the black community. She is the founder of Studio Alkemy Yoga & Wellness, Canada’s 1st Kemetic Yoga studio and Pure Violet Natural Cosmetics, a line of 100% natural, herb-infused skin and hair-care, aromatherapy products and healing herb teas.
Nydia is a Self-Love Coach whose mission is to inspire others to embrace who they are, unconditionally. She's the author of the Self-Love Starter Kit for Sexual Trauma Survivors, a free guide meant to help survivors walk on their path to complete self-acceptance and happiness. She created the 21 Days of Self-Love Challenge, which put hundreds on a road to a more loving relationship with themselves.
For Black women, creating such a life means breaking free of negative ideas about themselves that are consciously or unconsciously internalized. Nydia brings insight into this far too overlooked struggle and shares practical tools from her research and personal self-rediscovery journey after trauma.
Ziyah Queen Ifeya is a certified Holistic Life Coach, Womb Priestess, Magnetism Therapist, Doula, Hatha Yoga Teacher and Motivational Speaker. Her desire to share knowledge, wisdom and bring healing to people continues to evolve. She plans on touching people from around the world by sharing ancestral wisdom, rites of passage and healing tools.
She is specifically interested in the awakening of people of Indigenous and African descent which brought her to share her knowledge in conferences and workshops across Canada, the United States and the Caribbean. She is the founder of MamBoSa Mind Body & Soul, featuring Kemwear Legacy, a clothing and accessories line, Mistik Mama Doo, a 100% organic cosmetic and feminine care line, and V is Delight, a Vegan catering company.
